I, I Woke About 3am And I Couldnt See Out

I, i woke about 3am and i couldnt see out of my right eye, my phone was next to me so i shined a night over it trying to see and it was black with a white circle.. i covered my left eye to see the difference and i started freaking out. I got up and turned the bedroom light on and my vision came back.
