I Inhaled A Tablespoon Of White Vinegar Into My Lungs

I inhaled a tablespoon of white vinegar into my lungs by accident. It was very painful at first but after a couple of minutes most of the pain subsided. This incident took place 30 minutes ago. I currently feel flu like symptoms. Sore throat, upset stomach and slight shortness of breath. Should I seek immediate medical attention or will my issues likely resolve themselves. How dangerous is it for vinegar to come into direct contact with the lungs.
