I Initially Woke Up This Morning And Took My Son

I initially woke up this morning and took my son to school at 8:30 am. I came home and began reading a book. I began feeling tired I then sleep until 1:30 pm. I went to pick my son up from school this afternoon at 3:20 and he stayed and played on the playground for an hour. I waited in the car with windows down for a cool breeze and I could hardly stay awake. Wondering why I'm feeling so overwhelmingly tired today.
