I Injected Against The Blood Flow And About 5 Hers

I injected against the blood flow and about 5 hers later my forearm and hand are twice the normal size. I have been running a slight fever as well. I began amoxicillin 500mg today and something pain has subsided but the. Swelling isn't any better and still painful especially in joints. Is it too soon to expect it to be better from antibiotics or should I go to hospital?
