I Injected Methamphetamine A Few Hours Ago. I Instantly Noticed

I injected methamphetamine a few hours ago. I instantly noticed how it started to somewhat bruise and I've been using the same injection spot for 2 days.. first it was just an irritating pain and about an hour ago I started feeling numbness in my hand and arm. (Same arm I used) it feels so numb now that it feels like the blood vessels in my arm are about to burst. Now my other arm ( I use this arm too, not as bad as the other )
It's starting to hurt and from time to time I can't feel my arm at all.
