I Injected My Right Deltoid With A Testosterone Blend. The

I injected my right deltoid with a testosterone blend. The day after I went golfing and then threw a baseball for 45 mins. To my 13 u baseball team. That evening my deltoid was really pumped up and sore. The next day, yesterday it was the same tight, like pumped up and very sore. Today it is a little better but not to much. I tried hot compresses on it this morning and it seems to have helped some. I'm used to the physical activity and am almost positive this soreness is related to the testosterone injection. Any help would be appreciated.
