I Injured My Ankle About 3 Weeks Ago(x-rays Were Negative
I injured my ankle about 3 weeks ago(x-rays were negative and no real bruising) but the area is still sore. I can walk on it fine. Sharp twists only really hurt. I am playing volleyball this weekend but im nervous on jumping, so I want to be ready.... Can I use ankle weights to further strengthen my ankle? I also got a balance board to help.
