I injured my back September 3rd 2016 I went to my emergency room they told me I had a lumbosacral strain they prescribe prednisone and Valium I took both medications as directed I have not done anything strenuous heavy lifting Sports yet my back has not gotten better in fact the pain has slightly move to the front of my lower stomach and has started to get a little worse in the lower back I do not know what to do
