I Injured My Big Toe Playing Tennis ( Tennis Toe).

I injured my big toe playing tennis ( tennis toe).
It is bruised under the nail and a have some swelling. When I push on the nail, clear liquid is discharged. This happen 2 days ago and it is painful.
Can I just continue to monitor and treat with antiseptic - or should I see a doctor?
