I Injured My Left Knee. My Left Foot Has Been

I injured my left knee. My left foot has been feeling ice cold and is a darker color. This has been going on for a while but it has been three days and the cold feeling moves up to my ankle and calf. I don't know what to do since my Dr. Does not seen to listen to me. He even asked me why my knee and calf keep swelling
