I Injured My Right Shoulder Last December By Taking Care

I injured my right shoulder last December by taking care of a client and when I went to the er dr and the l&i dr I been told that I tore my rotator cuff and sprained my shoulder. after being almost a year nothing is stopping the pain. what can I do to make it stop hurting
