I Inserted A Canesten Pessary Last Night, Had What Felt

I inserted a canesten pessary last night, had what felt like cramps in my stomach causing a restless night. I woke at 4am for work still feeling a slight cramp like pain. I then went to use the restroom during work around 4pm to find a chalky red/peach colour which I think may be blood? The pains have came back to my stomach since being home from 6pm onwards, is this normal?
