I Jam 3 Weeks Post Op For My Breast Implant

I jam 3 weeks post op for my breast implant revision surgery. My incisions are already closed, but not 100% healed given they are still tender to the touch. I'm sure it's from the additional weight of my implants resting on the incisions

My question:
Is it beneficial and safe for me to use my Relax FIR Infared Sauna? Or will it cause more bad than good? Thanks in advance! .
