I Jammed My Finger About A Month Ago And Till

I jammed my finger about a month ago and till this day it kinda bugs me, i can bend it about 90% everytime i pull my finger it cracks, if i squeeze the sides of my finger joint theres pain and if somebody shakes my hand there is a lot of pain, my finger does bot look completely straight it has a bend to it, is my finger in the process of healing or could it be more than that?
