I Jumped Into A Pool Of Water About An Hour

I jumped into a pool of water about an hour ago, I fell and hit my head. I immediately noticed a few small clumps of hair on my fingers, and when I got home, I saw that it was red, but not bleeding, and a few more single hairs were coming out. Also my nose was cut pretty bad, and auctually bleeding, but I am not worried as that is just a deep cut. I feel no headache so what should I do?
