I Jumped Over A Doggy Gate 8 Days Ago, And

I jumped over a doggy gate 8 days ago, and I broke my little toe. It swole up and the top of my foot turned black. Well my toe is still really swollen and painful. I have to stand on my feet all day at work on concrete floors. What should I do? It hurts all the way down in my heel.
