I Jus Recently Found Out I Had A Tampon Stuck

I jus recently found out I had a tampon stuck but it came out on its own after about 4 days after my period was suppose to end but my bleeding neer stopped I was suppose to get off sunday and its know Friday and im still bleeding the tampon came out yesterday after I took my fresh one out it scared me and I was confused because I didn't know it was up there it was a drunken mistake what do I do?
