I Jus Suddenly Got A Pain On Lower Right Front

I jus suddenly got a pain on lower right front side of throat it hurts when I swallow anything even saliva a small amount of pain when I rest my head backward on same location. Hurts when I turn my neck to the right as well. What could it be? Please help its extremely painful every time I swallow don't even want to eat because drinking hurts so bad even cold fluids!
