I Just Acquired Under Prescription Your Medicine Contrave. The Cost

I just acquired under prescription your medicine Contrave. The cost is high. Do you have any discount ?
I have been prescribed one pill the first day in the morning . With food or not ? Prior to eating of after eating ?Second day 1 tablet in the morning and 1 at bedtime etc...
I take a 200mg progesterone pill at bedtime. Is it compatible ?
