I Just Ate A Bagel And Began To Have Fairly

I just ate a bagel and began to have fairly intense bilateral pain in my tmj areas. It's beginning to make my head hurt. I have had no injury to my face or head. My friend is also experiencing the same however mine is worse. We just returned from a Bahamian cruise.. should we be concerned?
