I Just Burned My Upper Thight With Boiling Water I

I just burned my upper thight with boiling water i already have water blisters on it.I put ice first for a little bit ..it happened at 4:30 a.m. so I did not realized how big was it. After an hour I woke up and I saw the blisters and it is painful..I showered put cold water on it and then I put antibiotic. ..theres tare is something I can do so I don't have damaged skin and heal faster. I have betnovate-n cream...I would like to know if it will help me with the burn. Thanks
