I Just Came Back From The Hospital Where The Doctor

I just came back from the hospital where the doctor diagnosed my situation as a having a fissure and that it was becoming infected, I have sever lower back pain and I have just taken Advil and Tylenol I'm wondering if there is anything else I can do until the pharmacy opens in the morning, so I can get some sleep
