I Just Came Back From Working With NGO Is Dominican

I just came back from working with NGO is Dominican Republic for a few weeks. Was sent home with a does of Unizol ( albendazol 400mg) as a preventative to parasites, as we were in very poor areas, with low hygiene levels. just trying to find directions....take with food or not? Any drug interactions? Can it be taken if I had a glass of wine with dinner
