I Just Checked My Daughter's Ear With A Scope And

I just checked my daughter's ear with a scope and inside the her earn nestled in the bottom of the canal directly at the opening is black balls with a few white balls on top of the black. It looks just like ear mites a cat would have. She has had this twice in the same ear the last few months and I just flushed it out with a syringe filled with olive oil and warm water thinking she just got dirt in it. Being that it keep returning I am now concerned and she has not been playing in any dirt lately.
