I Just Completed A Preparation For A Colonoscopy And Endoscopy

I just completed a preparation for a colonoscopy and endoscopy scheduled for tomorrow morning, and I went to bed but couldn't sleep because of a strong metallic taste in my mouth and burning in my throat, and I feel palpatations in my left side over my left breast. I am diabetic, my sugar is 128 at 1:00 a.m. and I have a condition of the heart where my heart doesn't quite meet the criteria for numbers 55-65, it's just 47. I have to be up at 6:00 a.m. to get ready for the colonospy tomorrow. I can't sleep though. Worried if heart attack. Thanks
