I Just Developed A Thunder Noise In My Right (dominant)

I just developed a thunder noise in my right (dominant) ear. It has been storming all day and at first I thought my ear was 'tuning' to the thunder vibrations but the storms have passed and the noise has not. No loss of hearing, just a booming sound and a crackling noise.
