I Just Did A Barium Swallow X Ray Thing About

I just did a barium swallow x ray thing about 6 hours ago and for the past 4 maybe 5 hours the right side of my stomach has been hurting extremely bad. I can't sit or stand straight because of how bad it hurts. It feels better when I lay down on the side of the pain (right side) but as soon as I sit up its back. I can breathe in deep, couch, strain my stomach at all.

Is this normal? What's going on?
