I Just Did A Urine Culture And A HVS Microscopy,

I just did a urine culture and a HVS microscopy, the result came back with a moderate growth of Escherichia coli for the Urine culture with trace of protein, nitrite positive, pH 6.0 while the HVS microscopy showed PUS cells; 1-3hpf, numerous yeast cells but no significant growth of any pathogen.
