I Just Discovered A Fairly Large Area Of Red Skin

I just discovered a fairly large area of red skin on my upper right abdomen. I noticed the area was itchy and whenever I scratched at it, I discovered it was sore, so I checked for a bruise and discovered the large red area. I also noticed that it was warm to the touch and sore to the touch.
