I Just Discovered A White Spot On The Back Of

I just discovered a white spot on the back of my thigh. it doesn't bother me much though unless Im using the bathroom and sit on it. It's flat and has a different texture from the rest of my skin. It's dry but not rough and scaley. What is this? Should I be concerned?
