I Just Discovered Abdominal Bruising Across The Right Side Of

I just discovered abdominal bruising across the right side of my abdomen and my stool was green. I do not remember injuring myself. I also ate a large helping of brussels sprouts last night because I love them. Is this serious enough to go to the emergency room? Our urgent care is closed as it is a holiday.
