I Just Dyed My Hair And Inhaled Some Bleach While

I just dyed my hair and inhaled some bleach while doing so. I must have been inhaling it for a good 15 minutes without proper ventilation in my bathroom. I suffer from panic attacks and though the bleach inhalation would give me a heartattack. Now I'm very shaky and feel like I can't breath and my chest is tight. Do I need to go to the ER or am I just overreacting?
