I Just Ended My Monthly Period...but I Have Been Having

I just ended my monthly period...but i have been having cramping like soreness n back pain..feeling nauseous n constipation. I usually only have cramps on the first day of my period...i also think i have hemorrhoids i dont kniw for sure cuz i never had them. Coukd there b something wrong?
