I Just Experience Some Blood In My Urine.. I Am

I just experience some blood in my urine.. I am 64 years old,, my psa level is high but the same level since 48 years old.. Though I must admit I has been both sexually active and masterbating excessively.. .. I do take aspirin 325 mg daily ,, and Motrin had 600 my early morning for joint pain... Now I just passed urine again , No red , just now.. so I feela bit better about this ..But I will see how my urine goes of course,, staying light yellow.. of course stopped the masterbation.. I am so embarrassed.. , but thought ii'd asked??
