I Just Experienced A Ringing In My Left Ear, (which

I just experienced a ringing in my left ear, (which I get fairly regularly) then my left ear and left side of my face went numb, and sound got distorted, gradually, feeling came back to that side of my face, but there's a crinkly sound in my left ear that's still going.
