I Just Experienced A Sharp, Out Of Nowhere, Pain From

I just experienced a sharp, out of nowhere, pain from the top of my R thigh, down the inner part of that thigh and down to the knee. I was driving and had to pull over. It happened a once or twice more. My foot feels a little numbish and I'm now feeling a bit light headed. Any ideas?
