I Just Experienced An Odd Sensation In My Head That

I just experienced an odd sensation in my head that is somewhat different from anything I've previously experienced with my chronic migraines. I had, and still have to a lesser degree, the sudden feeling of trickling water rushing through the right side of my head, above the ear but not quite in the middle/top of my head. I also feel a bit of pressure in my right ear, and almost a cooling type sensation. I experienced a migraine earlier today and took Maxalt as I usually do if I sense the migraine will be a severe one. While I get a range of migraine systems, I typically have the visual aura prior to the onset of a headache. Today I also had extreme dizziness, which I get from time to time with the migraines. The trickling water thing is rather new though.
