I Just Fall From The Bed On My Face And

I just fall from the bed on my face and hit my nose at the same time. my nose started bleeding. It stopped after 15 min. Shall i go to see the doctor. I hit my head a bit hard but not in pain anymore. Just a little bit of blood still coming out of my nose.
