I Just Felt A Lump Under My Skin. It Is

I just felt a lump under my skin. It is on my belly, almost in the middle, but slightly to the right, under my breast. There doesn't appear to be ribs directly under it. It has a diameter of approximately a dime, perhaps slightly smaller. I just noticed it last night. There is no pain and it doesn't stick out. (Not even sure how I found it.)
