I Just Finish With My Periods 5 Days Ago But

I just finish with my periods 5 days ago but today again its bleeding, is it normal or some kind of infection , i m worried, i m 29 year divorcee girl , i did abortion about 5 times with pills not through any surgical treatment , last abortion pills i took about 2-2.5 yr back , is it related to that , i am worried
