I Just Finished My Round Of Cipro (supposedly From Sinusitis)

I just finished my round of Cipro (supposedly from sinusitis) and am currently experiencing tremendous joint pain, specifically in my knees. I also take synthroid (50 micrograms) and metformin (1500mg--extended release). My left knee is currently spasming as well as bordering on so hot it feels cold and so cold it feels hot. I've also had pain in my shoulders, elbows, and heels.

Can someone please help me? What's going on? I have been on Cipro before (sans the new synthroid and metformin) and have never had anything like this happen. I am incredibly worried.
