I Just Found A Small Soft Bug Bite Looking Bump

I just found a small soft bug bite looking bump on my anus region but a lil higher up near my vagina groin area. It doesn't hurt or itch of burn at all but I don't know what it is . No real color to it ... I haven't shaved in a couple weeks, maybe it's a blocked hair folicule or ingrown hair , I have been getting more of those lately. Super annoying
