I Just Found Out I Have Chiari Malformation Measuring 8mm.

I just found out I have chiari malformation measuring 8mm. My Dr said to watch for numbness in my face, difficulty walking and with balance and with swallowing, I have had all of those in the past but thought it was related to my MS , how do I know which it's related to? And I get bad headaches starting at the base of my neck and a lot of pain there also is that related to the chairi?
