I Just Found Out My Blood Work Came Back Saying

I just found out my blood work came back saying my Thyroid level came back at 0.09. And my cholesterol came back at 236. Is my thyroid level low enough that I will have to be put on medication? Aslo, would that cause my cholesterol to come back high?
