I Just Found Out That My Husband Had An Inappropriate

I just found out that my husband had an inappropriate conversation with my daughter who was 13 or 14 at the time. He asked her if she knew how to kiss boys and how to give boys oral sex and then sucked her finger to demonstrate. She is now 28 years old. When the story came out this weekend, his daughter said she had a similar incident with him when she was about 13 or 14 discussion about kissing only no oral sex. He denies both incidents and says both girls are confused or misconstruing something innocent.
I believe both girls. Since he denies wrongdoing, is he a threat to others?
