I Just Got A Call From My Father . He

I just got a call from my father . He is 80 years old. He said that he had an unusual experience this afternoon. He said he had a very sharp,strong ,shooting pain across his right temple that lasted for about 10 seconds. He also had excessive burping and his mouth was watering a lot. He was walking and shoping when this happenened. He went home and fell asleep for 4 hours. He said he was feeling better after sleeping. Im wondering if this should be a cause for alarm. He placed a call to his Dr but knows he probably wont be seen till Monday.
