I Just Got A Ct Scan After A Nodule Was

I just got a ct scan after a nodule was seen on a routine chest XRay. the ct scan showed a 3.3 mm nodule within the right lower lobe. It also showed a 1.8 mm nodule or pleural tag within the right lower lobe.. There were also calcified granuloma and also in the left hilar region and left lower lobe. Does any of this sound like cancer?
