I Just Got A Flash Burn To The Face As

I just got a flash burn to the face as i lit the burn pile. I had poured camp fuel on it and flash !!! Looks like only first layer of skin. I rinse d and put Neosporin on. Now i am sitting in front of a fan to keep out cool. Any concerns i should consider?
