I just got an EKG back. It said" Unconfirmed Interpretation- MD should review. Sinus Rhytm. minimal mid and left precordial repolarization disturbance, probably aspecific change. Flat or low negative T in V3 V4 V5 V6. long QT interval, consider hypocalcamia or quinine like drug."

I am doing a stress test soon for further analysis. But in the mean time, what does this mean, and should I be concerned?
