I Just Got Back From Costa Rica. Spent A Lot

I just got back from Costa Rica. Spent a lot of time in forests and had what I thought was about 10 mosquito bites - no itching really. Now I have about 30+ bumps most have a black dot in center all over my legs. Very itchy. Also low grade fever the past 36 hrs. Wondering what this may be
